Open your device's text-to-speech settings and install an offline Japanese voice, then reopen Kotoba Forge. The app's Settings → Japanese speech → Test voice control can guide you to the relevant Android settings.

Microphone access is optional. If you want to record yourself, allow microphone permission when Kotoba Forge asks. You can also change the permission later in Android Settings.
Use Settings → Export progress to create your own local backup file. On another installation, choose Import progress and select that file.
Use Settings → Reset all progress to erase Kotoba Forge learning data. You can also clear app storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app.
Use Settings → Export support diagnostics. The file contains technical environment details and counts, but not your saved learning answers, custom text, handwriting, or microphone audio.
Yes. Kotoba Forge has no learner account system.
Yes, unless you created your own progress export first. There is no cloud copy to restore from automatically.
Yes. Recording practice is optional and declining it does not block the rest of the course.
Some optional studio characters do not have an exact bundled stroke template. Kotoba Forge keeps those exercises offline rather than downloading a guide at runtime.
